DMCA & Copyright

Last updated: 2026-10-28

YTMP3 does not host, store or index music or videos. Every conversion is started by a visitor who pastes a link, and the result is streamed directly to that visitor without being kept on our servers.

We still take copyright seriously. If you own the rights to a YouTube video and do not want it to be converted through YTMP3, send a notice to [email protected] with:

1. the YouTube link or links concerned,
2. your name and the name of the rights holder you represent,
3. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law,
4. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them,
5. your physical or electronic signature.

We review notices promptly and block the listed videos from the converter, usually within two working days.

Note that the content itself lives on YouTube. To remove a video from YouTube, use YouTube’s own copyright tools.
